What Products can I order for Trade?

Can I have my own design printed on your products?

Of course, please tell us what you would like printing and we can help you with more information.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes we ship all over the world, however it is up to the buyer to pay any custom fees that may be attached to shipping costs for particular countries. We talk to you throughout the process of buying and advise on shipping costs before you complete purchase.

Is Melamine heat resistant?

Yes our moulded products are Resistant to temperatures of up to 95°C.

Are your products manufactured in the UK?

Yes all of our products are manufactured here, in our factory in Coventry.

What is your printing process?

The in-house studio department handle everything from the process of sending templates to customers, to printing final designs ready for production. We print using ink jet laser printers on special heat resistant paper, specifically formed for heat moulded products.

What format can I provide artwork in?

The in-house studio department use Adobe Photoshop. All of our templates are in layered PDF format, so easy to use and edit on your own home computer using your art programme. We prefer high-resolution PDF images or JPEG’s, but don’t worry as the studio department are always available to give advice on how this is done.

What melamine products can you print on to?

Your image can be printed onto any of our moulded melamine products. We also have our picture plates which are very popular with schools.

What is the turnaround time for bespoke orders?

Bespoke customers turnaround time highly depends on the product ordered. We recommend getting in touch with your enquiry for a realistic time scale turn around. All items are manufactured and printed in the UK.

Is there a minimum order for bespoke items?

If you are a potential bespoke customer looking to open a bespoke account, with your own design on our products, this is the perfect choice for you! You can order as little as 1 product, up to 350, over 10 different designs. These order quantities are perfectly suited for independent artists, designers, museums, galleries and places of interest etc.

What is the turnaround time?

As items ordered online should be in stock, it is just pick packing and delivery times to wait. If a request has been made for an item not in stock, it will be explained during the enquiry what the waiting time will be for that item.

What is the minimum order?

Retail customers can order whatever we have in stock with no minimum order.

What is the turnaround time for trade orders?

For trade customers we aim to dispatch at least 90% of your order within 2 weeks.

Is there a minimum order for trade orders?

For trade customers looking to sell items from our brochure, please contact us regarding your particular requirements. We are exceptionally flexible regarding minimum orders and account requirements.
